We manufacture commercial bouncy castles for rental operators, indoor playgrounds and importers. Every unit is built to your dimensions from 0.55mm (18oz) PVC tarpaulin with a 1000D scrim, tested to EN14960-1:2019, and shipped with your branding on the unit and the packaging.
Depending on the market you sell into, this unit is also listed as bounce house, bouncy house, inflatable bounce house, indoor bounce house, jumpy house, moon bouncer or blow up bounce house. In the UK and Australia it sells as bouncy castle, jumping castle or inflatable castle.

Importers ask for paperwork before they ask for price. Here is what we can hand over, and what we can arrange on request.
The current European standard, which replaced the 2013 edition. Covers wall heights, slide run-out distance, netting aperture and anchorage. Test report issued per model.
The US standard for inflatable amusement devices. Sets requirements for anchoring systems, wind load tolerance and deflation time for emergency evacuation.
Declaration of Conformity issued with each shipment. Blowers ship CE rated 220-240V/50Hz or UL rated 110V/60Hz, with the plug type matched to your market.
Third-party fabric testing: tensile above 2,000 N/5cm, tear resistance above 250 N, 500 hours UV exposure without degradation, lead-free and fire retardant.
What we do not claim: we list only the standards we can support with a report you can verify. A genuine EN14960 report carries a lab seal, a test date and a serial number matching the unit, issued by a body you can look up in the EU NANDO database. If a document is not in hand for a specific model, we quote a testing timeline instead of a promise.
We build this commercial bounce house for buyers who resell or rent, not for households. That changes how it is made.
The jumping bed carries a heavier fabric than a backyard unit. Anchor points are reinforced where a rental crew ties down twice a weekend, and each one is rated above 200 kg pull-out, which is the EN14960 threshold. Slide panels get a low-friction finish so descent speed stays consistent after a season of use. Every stress point is quadruple-stitched and finished with a heat-sealed reinforcement strip.
If you run a rental fleet, an indoor play centre, or a distribution line that needs its own brand on a castle, this is the unit we build for you.

A castle is not one material. Every zone takes a different load, so each one is specced separately. This is where a commercial unit separates from a backyard one.
| Zone | Material and process | Why it is specced this way |
|---|---|---|
| Jumping bed | 0.9mm PVC over 840D Oxford, reinforced base tubes | Takes impact from every jumper. A heavier bed holds its shape and resists scuffing across a rental season instead of going soft by month three. |
| Walls and tower | 0.55mm (18oz) PVC tarpaulin, 1000D scrim, UV stabilised | 18oz over a 1000D scrim is the commercial benchmark. The polyester scrim carries the tensile load while the PVC coating delivers waterproofing and flame retardancy. UV additives slow the colour fade that makes a two-year-old unit look worn out. |
| Slide surface | 0.55mm PVC with a low-friction finish | Controls descent speed so ride feel stays consistent as the surface wears, instead of turning sluggish or unpredictable. |
| Base and ground sheet | 600D abrasion-resistant Oxford | Meets grass, gravel and concrete. On cheap units this is the layer that fails first, and it is the most expensive one to replace. |
| Seams | Double-stitched throughout, quadruple-stitched and heat-sealed at corners, base columns and slide transitions | Inflatables almost never fail in the middle of a flat sheet. They fail at seams. Quadruple stitching in the high-load zones and heat-sealed reinforcement strips are what prevent a blowout. |
| Thread | 9-strand bonded nylon | Bonded nylon resists rot and UV degradation. Unbonded thread weakens in storage and fails at the seam before the fabric does. |
| Anchorage | Steel D-rings on webbing straps, stitched through the base with 4 rows, each rated above 200 kg pull-out | Stops strap pull-out when a crew ties down in wind. The 200 kg rating is the EN14960 threshold, not a marketing number. |
| Pressure relief | Pressure relief valves plus positioned vent panels at the base | Keeps internal pressure inside the 120 to 200 Pa band the blower is sized for, and lets air escape at a controlled rate so the unit settles gradually if a blower loses power instead of collapsing. |
| Zips | Heavy-duty toothed zip with storm flap on the main access and deflation ports | Under constant internal pressure, cheap zips separate and blow out. This is the most common cause of a mid-event deflation. |

We are a factory, not a trading desk. Every custom inflatable bouncy castle starts with your drawing, a reference photo or a rough sketch, and comes back as a buildable spec and a quote.
Any footprint from 3×3m to 7×5m. Move the slide to either side, add a climbing wall, a basketball hoop or a second jump zone. Panels are cut on a CNC table from the digital layout, so a reorder matches the first batch instead of coming back a few centimetres off.
Match to Pantone or RAL references. Print is digital for short runs and full-colour transfer for production volumes. Supply your artwork as AI, PDF or PSD at 300dpi and we place it to the panel layout. We also build plain white and pastel units, which rental operators in the UK and Europe book out for weddings and corporate events.
Your logo on the tower, the entrance arch and the side panels. We can also print a maintenance contact line and a safety notice in your customer's language, which is often what local inspectors look for during an annual PIPA or RPII inspection.
Standard is a PVC tarpaulin bag plus an export carton. For retail lines we build a printed colour carton with your brand, plus a multilingual instruction sheet, a warning label set and a log book. Send a dieline or let us draft one.
550W to 1500W blowers at 110V/60Hz or 220-240V/50Hz with the plug type your market uses. Repair kit, ground stakes, sandbags and spare valves can be packed as a set or shipped separately.
Test report, Declaration of Conformity, user manual, maintenance log book, packing list and a photo record of the finished unit before it is boxed. If your customs broker or your customer's insurer needs a specific format, tell us at quote stage.
Freight decides your landed cost. Figures below are calculated from carton volume against 28 CBM usable in a 20GP and 65 CBM usable in a 40HQ, then rounded down for stacking loss.
| Footprint | Carton size (L×W×H) | Gross weight | 20GP | 40HQ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3×3m | 0.85 × 0.60 × 0.60m | 48 kg | 90 pcs | 205 pcs |
| 4×4m | 1.00 × 0.70 × 0.70m | 70 kg | 55 pcs | 130 pcs |
| 5×4m | 1.20 × 0.80 × 0.80m | 95 kg | 35 pcs | 80 pcs |
| 7×5m | 1.50 × 0.90 × 0.90m | 150 kg | 22 pcs | 50 pcs |
Weight never binds on this product. Even at 205 units in a 40HQ you are near 10 tonnes against a 26 tonne payload, so every container is volume-limited. Mixing sizes usually raises total piece count because smaller cartons fill the gaps larger ones leave. Send your quantity split and we will run a load plan before you commit.
Six steps from your enquiry to a loaded container. You get a checkpoint at each one.
Send a drawing, a photo or a sketch with your target size and quantity. Within 24 hours you get a written answer on whether it is buildable, plus tooling notes if it is not a straight build.
We produce a sample in 10 working days. You check colour, print placement, dimensions and stitch density, then approve or send changes. Nothing goes to mass production before you sign off.
Incoming PVC is checked for weight per square metre, coating adhesion and colour consistency against the approved swatch, and verified as lead-free. Rolls that fail go back to the supplier, not onto the line.
Panels are cut on a CNC table from the digital layout, then printed. Cutting first means print gets applied to a known panel shape, so registration holds across the batch.
Operators stitch on industrial machines with 9-strand bonded nylon. Every stress point gets quadruple stitching and a heat-sealed reinforcement strip. This is the stage that determines how the unit survives its second season.
Each unit is fully inflated and held while pressure is checked against the 120 to 200 Pa band and every seam is inspected for separation. We photograph the inflated unit against your order number, then pack it with the repair kit, manual and log book.

The questions buyers send us before a first order. If yours is not here, ask directly.
One unit for a custom build. A single unit does not need tooling, so there is no reason to force a volume commitment. The MOQ only moves when you want printed retail packaging or a proprietary colour that needs a dedicated ink run. In those cases the threshold is 10 units. If you are testing a market, we quote a single unit at sample pricing so you can validate demand before committing.
Yes, and that is most of what we do. Send a sketch, a CAD file or a photo of a unit you want to improve on. We return a buildable spec with panel layout and a quote. Your logo goes on the tower, arch and side panels, and onto the carton for custom packaging orders. We do not put our own branding on your units, and we ask for written confirmation that you hold the rights to any licensed artwork before we print it.
Samples run 10 working days and are charged at sample rate, credited back against the production order. Standard models then run 10 to 15 days. Custom builds with new artwork or a layout change take 20 to 30 days from sample approval. Add 5 to 7 days from June to September, when capacity tightens across the industry. We tell you which band you fall into at quote stage, not after deposit.
EN14960-1:2019 test reports per model, CE Declaration of Conformity, and third-party material reports covering tensile, tear and UV performance. Blowers carry CE or UL depending on the market, and units can be tested to ASTM F2374 for North American shipments. Ask for the report for the specific model you are ordering and we send the actual document, not a marketing page. If a standard is not yet tested for that model, we quote the testing timeline rather than implying we already hold it.
2 years on seams and panels, and 6 months on the blower. The seam and panel cover is against stitch failure and delamination, which is where inflatables actually fail. It does not cover puncture damage from misuse, which is what the repair kit is for. For a manufacturing defect we replace the panel or the unit and cover the freight on the replacement.
Yes, and it is usually worth doing. Smaller cartons fill the gaps that large cartons leave, so a mixed load often carries more units than a single-size load. Weight never binds on this product: even a full 40HQ of the largest footprint sits near 10 tonnes against a 26 tonne payload. Send us the quantity split and we will give you a load plan with the utilisation rate before you place the order.
That is a common route. We keep the cutting file and the approved colour swatch on record, so a reorder matches the first batch on panel size and colour. Reorders skip the sample stage and go straight to production, which saves roughly a week and the sample cost.
30% deposit with the order, 70% against the bill of lading copy. FOB Ningbo is our default. We can quote CIF or work with your forwarder if you already have a rate.
